1. Service Description

L'Air du Temps ("the Service") is an automated content creation and publishing platform. It generates original music and video content inspired by current events and publishes it across social media platforms including TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and Spotify.

2. TikTok Integration

The Service uses TikTok's Login Kit to authenticate the content creator and the Content Posting API to automatically publish video content to TikTok. Users authorize the Service to post content on their behalf through the standard OAuth 2.0 authorization flow.

3. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for all content published through this Service. Content must comply with the terms of service of the respective platforms (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Spotify). The Service must not be used to publish illegal, harmful, or infringing content.

4. Content Ownership

All content generated by the Service is owned by the authenticated user. The Service does not claim ownership of any published content.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Service, including but not limited to content removal by third-party platforms.
